Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens while on duty.

Work Environment

• Exposure to various hazards like sharp objects and chemicals.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Transporting patients and equipment with proper body mechanics.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
