Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensing by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
