Job Description

In this role, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care to our patients/residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
