Position Highlights

• Direct and oversee the Resident Assessment Process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with regulations.
• Provide training on clinical content and MDS completion.

Requirements

• Active LPN license with previous healthcare facility experience.
• Proficiency in general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of MDS and Care Plan completion processes.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with windows applications.
