Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join Christopher Community, Inc (CCI). As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our housing units and providing top-notch services to our residents across Upstate New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead grounds maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, leaf raking, and snow removal.
• Execute repair assignments related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building construction.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergency repair needs and lockouts on a rotation basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Technical/trade backgrounds in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical are desirable.
• Valid Class D driver's license required.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
