Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an uplifting experience for all members and guests. This role entails leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to ensure a world-class experience for VASA members. The ideal candidate is engaging, positive, and possesses excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Member Experience Specialists create and maintain the 'UPLIFT' culture in the club.
- Implement the welcoming, non-intimidating VASA experience through the guest-to-member journey and create an exceptional brand experience.
- Recruit, hire, and train all Member Experience Specialists team members.
- Lead by example and ensure the UPLIFTing culture and values are at the core of every interaction.
- Promote REVIVE sales, our in-club snack, drink, gear, and apparel shop.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and facilities.
