Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Member Experience Specialist to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an inclusive and uplifting experience for our members and guests during every visit. This includes creating personal connections, ensuring problems are promptly reported, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of VASA Fitness, promoting memberships, driving upgrades, and offering guided tours to guests and members.


  • Demonstrate a genuine and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and members.
  • Greet guests and members warmly and provide clear direction, accurate information, and support using our tools and technology.
  • Promote membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
  • Offer guided tours, sell memberships, assist members with upgrades, book personal training consultations, and sign up members for personal training.
  • Proactively find ways to enhance the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement improvements.
  • Execute daily responsibilities according to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.


  • $15.00 per hour base rate, plus $2 - $4 commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales.
