Job Description

The Member Experience Specialist at VASA Fitness is responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to members and guests during their visits. This role includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, ensuring timely problem reporting, organizing equipment, and maintaining the club. The Member Experience Specialist team also focuses on selling memberships, driving upgrades, and providing tours of the gym to guests and members.


  • Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with Guests and Members.
  • Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
  • Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
  • Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and sign members up for personal training.
  • Consistently find ways to improve the Guest and Member experience by sharing member feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
  • Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including following check-in processes, completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.


  • Base rate of $14.00 per hour, plus $2 - $4 commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales.
