Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist 2 to join Marion County Health & Human Services' Enhanced Care Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with co-occurring serious mental health disorders and major neurocognitive disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide therapy, case management, group therapy, and crisis stabilization as needed.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to review treatment progress and facilitate transition plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to Marion County HHS policies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least one year of post-Master's degree experience in the behavioral health field (for Mental Health Therapist 2).
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as LCSW, CSWA, or QMHP.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
