Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans
• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Establish and build relationships with clients and partners
• Analyze client needs for maximum satisfaction
• Consult with borrowers throughout the loan process
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain knowledge of available loan programs
• Collaborate with team members
• Perform assigned duties

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education completion
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience
• 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and competitive
• Team player with strong organizational skills
