Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Mortgage Loan Servicer to join our team at Kirtland Federal Credit Union's Home Loan Center in Albuquerque, NM. As a Mortgage Loan Servicer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mortgage loan servicing and support, including portfolio and investor mortgages. This role involves collaborating with management to enhance and standardize mortgage servicing processes, aligning with the credit union's mission and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective mortgage servicing activities.
- Facilitate communication, awareness, and knowledge sharing.
- Perform additional related duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Origination, Loan Processing, Title & Escrow, and banking fundamentals.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Mortgage Servicing/Processing.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
