Job Description
Jennings Builders Supply is seeking a Non CDL Driver I to join our team in Western North Carolina. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for delivering materials to job sites, maintaining truck operations, ensuring load accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operates safely during material deliveries.
- Participates in a positive work environment.
- Checks orders for accuracy and secures loads.
- Delivers materials to customer satisfaction.
- Completes daily equipment inspection and necessary paperwork.
- Assists in unloading materials and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of truck driving experience, lumber dumping experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle physical demands.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and supervisors.
- Proficiency with necessary technologies (e.g., Smartphone, GPS).
