Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing nursing care to patients in accordance with protocols and guidelines. Collaboration with staff, physicians, and other professionals is essential to deliver high-quality care and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to uphold current standards of practice.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
