Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients in accordance with protocols and standards of practice.
- Developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising the patient care plan.
- Collaborating with staff and other healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
- Maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competency to provide current standards of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
