Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join the LifeBridge Health team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours and requires a commitment to weekend duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
