Job Description: Nursing Graduate

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves working in the Emergency Room with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients based on their individual needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to deliver care in line with best practices.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
