Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with Maryland regulations and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, maintain clinical competency, and ensure a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to facilitate patient care.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat; Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern space with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care. The facility includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
