Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center, in the Emergency Room, requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The Staff Nurse role involves providing nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
