Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
The Nursing Graduate provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organization protocols. Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises patient care plans based on various needs. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery and maintains clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers cutting-edge technology and amenities for emergency care. The facility features 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
