Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. This role requires a commitment to patient safety, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and continuous skill development.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and adhere to best practices.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Ability to complete orientation according to policy/procedures.
