Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves both day and night shifts with varied hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop care plans, assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans.
- Assess patients for changes impacting recovery.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
