Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at GRACE MEDICAL CENTER, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required or within specified timeframe.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
