Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with weekend commitment, offering a dynamic work environment with varied hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
