NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health located in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position in the Emergency Room with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Assess patients for changes affecting recovery.
• Collaborate with staff and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat, and Emergency Nursing, if preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers state-of-the-art facilities with a focus on personalized patient care. The department includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
