Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Create and revise care plans for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within specified timeframe.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
