NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join Grace Medical Center's Emergency Department in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational guidelines. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment. If you are a compassionate and skilled RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain clinical competency and adhere to current standards of practice.
• Create a safe and supportive patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
• Completion of orientation as per policy.
