Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure patient safety.
- Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
