Nursing Graduate - Staff Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to both day and night shifts, with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
Job Summary
The RN will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on the needs of patients and families. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and maintaining clinical competency are essential aspects of this role to ensure high-quality care delivery and a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience (Emergency Services preferred)
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
