Job Description

We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with Maryland regulations and organizational protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
  • Assess patients for changes affecting recovery.
  • Maintain clinical competency and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Provide a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, Hazmat (within one year of hire).
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
  • Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
