This full-time position includes both day and night shifts with weekend commitment. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical competency and knowledge to deliver evidence-based care.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
