Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. This position offers full-time hours with day and night shifts, including weekend commitments. If you are a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for patient care, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
  • Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
