Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in our Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Emergency Nursing certification is a plus.

The department features private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including a CT scanner.
