NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaboration with staff, physicians, and other disciplines is essential to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients for changes impacting recovery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design and technology, emphasizing a personalized patient care approach. This includes 29 private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod, among other amenities.
