Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols.
Job Summary
The Nursing Graduate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on their needs. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient environment are key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- BLS certification required. ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation according to policy.
