Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitment as a Staff Nurse. The RN will provide nursing care in compliance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols, ensuring a safe patient care environment. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical competencies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
