Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room will require day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Emergency Nursing Certification preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers state-of-the-art care with 29 private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a latest edition CT scanner for early diagnosis. It provides a collaborative environment for healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care to patients.
