Job Description
TPC Network is seeking a part-time Outside Operations Staff member to join our team at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, LA. As a critical point of contact for our esteemed members and guests, you will ensure their golfing experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service experience in a country club or similar setting
Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist members and guests with golfing needs
- Provide information and ensure a smooth golfing experience
- Maintain cleanliness and order of golf car facility
- Perform car maintenance and repairs
- Support the practice facility operations
- Ensure adherence to club rules and policies
- Assist members with club cleaning and handling
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Working Environment
This role involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions and physical activities such as lifting and moving items. Specific vision abilities are required, and compliance with safety regulations is essential.
