Overnight Youth Counselor

Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, NH. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will be a vital part of our residential facility, providing supervision and support to young individuals during night hours. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, fostering personal growth, stability, and healing through compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Complete bedtime and wake-up routines for students.
• Conduct regular bed-checks and crisis support when needed.
• Engage with students to facilitate positive behavior and growth.
• Document service delivery and incidents professionally and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive program culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with children.
• Valid driver's license preferred, 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
