Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
• Anticipate and resolve operational problems efficiently.
• Schedule and oversee field work for efficiency and quality.
• Promote sales and lead generation initiatives within the team.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving quality control audit issues.

Requirements

• NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certifications required.
• Five years of experience in pest control or related service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented, goal-driven, and passionate about quality service.
• Available for flexible work hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $52,000 - $70,000 annually.
