Process Engineer

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our team at Red River Commodities. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering capital projects at our manufacturing facilities, with a focus on our wildlife facilities in Fargo, ND and Lubbock, TX. You will work closely with facility staff, experts, vendors, and contractors to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring cost-effective and safe solutions for business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management skills to oversee capital projects.
• Lead project scope development and identify effective solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various completion stages.
• Provide engineering support to facility staff as needed.
• Manage projects from conceptual design to startup and training phases.
• Develop bid packages and manage construction processes.
• Track project expenditures and adhere to engineering standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
• Project management experience is essential.
• Strong communication, team building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and food safety practices.
• Proactive and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license.
