Job Description: Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Join our team at PHM Brands as a Production Operator I responsible for packaging finished products in bags on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor finished package weights to meet specifications.
• Perform checks and analysis on product samples.
• Ensure packaging is done neatly and palletized correctly.
• Assist in training new personnel.

Qualifications:

• On-the-job training provided.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised.
