QA Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA Technician to join Cargill's global team in Marshall, MO. As part of the food ingredients and bio-industrial business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Audit product and processes for compliance with specifications.
• Conduct product sampling and testing as necessary.
• Support production by providing expertise on specifications.
• Execute HACCP related SOPs when required.
• Assist with various tasks assigned by the FSQR Supervisor.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Capability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods.
• Prior 12-month experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing.
• Prior experience at Cargill.
• Recent work history in the past 12 months.
