Quality and Food Safety Supervisor

Join Sazerac Company as a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at Barton Brands of Kentucky. In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance Quality and Food Safety standards, develop your team, and promote a culture of quality through training and implementation of systems. Your contributions will directly impact quality improvement, food safety compliance, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for quality and food safety.
• Lead safe work practices, support safety programs, and mentor quality standards.
• Utilize the PDS system for skills improvement and talent development.
• Implement auditing to track quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement food safety initiatives, including HACCP compliance.
• Standardize test methods, reduce variability, and ensure ISO standards compliance.
• Lead quality processes and systems improvement throughout the organization.
• Mentor quality professionals and lead food safety meetings.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Change management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ISO/HACCP implementation/management experience.
• Food Safety Certification or global standards experience.
• Experience with auditors and Lean Manufacturing principles.
