Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) to join our team at 4 East - Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Unit. In this role, you will provide personalized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families following established nursing practices. Working under general supervision, you will collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to patients pre and post cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Interact with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow principles of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Licensure as a registered nurse in South Carolina or compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Physical and Mental Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform various physical activities while maintaining focus and attention to detail for effective patient care.
