Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at the ART 7 West HOPE unit. This specialized unit focuses on providing care to Adult Bone Marrow Transplant, CAR-T Cell Therapy, and Malignant Hematology patients. The role involves delivering individualized patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide goal-directed patient care following the nursing process principles.
- Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist in managing patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transplants.
- Participate in ongoing education and specialty certifications related to oncology and related areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensure as a registered nurse in South Carolina or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

The role requires physical abilities such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting objects, as well as mental capabilities including critical thinking and dealing with stressful situations.
