Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)-Float,Nights to become part of our team at Denver Health. As a valued member of our Nursing Staffing Office Float Pool, you will provide essential care across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department, maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address the health and safety needs of individuals, families, and communities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports while monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans based on responses and conditions.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, administer nursing care, and promote positive patient experiences.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Requirements

• Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care settings.
• Active RN-Registered Nurse license.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
