Registered Nurse (RN) - La Casa Family Practice (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our La Casa Family Practice team on a PRN basis at Denver Health. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) nurse, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure exceptional outcomes and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans, including patient education and treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Supervise and support interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for examinations, and promote positive patient experiences.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in clinical competencies and effective communication.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and patient care instruments.
