We are looking for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Banner Health. As a Registered Nurse in the Observation Unit (OOU) at Banner Ironwood Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assess and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, supervise activities of the healthcare team, and ensure compliance with care standards.
• Evaluate patient responses to care, revise care plans as needed, and participate in research activities.
• Contribute to excellent patient outcomes through effective, safe, and equitable care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
• Additional related education and experience preferred.
