Job Description
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Waterville, ME. As an RN in this role, you will work the 3p-11p shift, providing essential support to healthcare providers and delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-12 months recent experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
- Licensed Practical Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire).
- Current Registered Nurse - RN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare personnel to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinical practices and treatment specific to the role.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
