Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic on a PRN basis. As an essential part of our ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care and education to individuals across all age groups, ensuring their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Support interdisciplinary teams through supervision and training.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, and administer medications safely.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
